About Me

At a very young age, I fell in love with hair, makeup…all things beauty-related, really. Naturally this lead me to pursue a career in the beauty industry, and I have been an esthetician since 2004. I am an award-winning makeup artist & hair stylist; my editorial work has been published internationally in Vogue Italia and featured at the Blank Wall Gallery in Rome. I have won Best Feature at the Rhode Island and South African Horror Film Festivals. I am also on staff at Beauty Boston as a Lead Stylist. In addition to working with clients, I also work with other professionals as an advanced esthetic instructor with a special interest in organic skincare. 

Throughout my career, I have loved working in the beauty industry,  but I have also felt drawn to other modalities in the healing arts.  As a mother of children with autoimmune disorders, I became acutely aware of the benefits of holistic alternatives for relief from anxiety, stress and pain. My first introduction to Reiki was from a personal experience that awakened my interests.  I then studied Reiki under Maureen Spencer, RN, and Lisa Powers. It is my desire to make this more a part of what I do to help others feel beautiful inside and out.  Currently, I am a member of the International Alliance of Holistic Therapists.
